Abhinavagupta (c. 950–1016 CE) was a legendary Kashmiri polymath, philosopher, mystic, and aesthetician. As a foundational figure in Indian intellectual history, he wrote over 35 influential works spanning Kashmir Shaivism, poetics, and music.
